So lovely and cozy! Had a nice stay and would book it again. Perfectly decorated and having a washer a dryer was a huge plus! The fenced in back yard was so nice to have for my dog. Immediate respond from the host was freaky appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, many restaurants were within walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. Any questions were immediately answered by the host. One thing that was not mentioned was how comfy the bed was!!

This cottage has many great amenities: large bedroom, private outdoor patio space, clothes washer and dryer. This is all in addition to a nice living area, kitchen, and full bathroom. The cottage is in a wonderful location within walking distance to Sea Breeze Amusement Park, Irondequoit Bay marina/beach, and several great restaurants and bars. My husband and I really enjoyed staying here and taking advantage of all of the local entertainment! Cheryl was a lovely host who responded promptly to my messages and ensured we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
