This Condo Does Not Have a Private Hot Tub
This 458 Sq. Ft. Condo is perfect for a couple or up to two adults and two small children.

Horsetooth Peak 26C, is a romantic one bedroom condo with spectacular views of Mary's Lake and the surrounding mountains. Awake each day and savor a cup of coffee in the beautiful morning light. Take a stroll to serene Mary's Lake for fishing or skipping rocks.
From the parking lot, walk up the flight of stairs to the deck. Enter into the open living area where you'll notice the Full size convertible sofa, TV and comfortable seating.
The efficiency kitchen is perfect for easy meal preparation. A short trip down the hall takes you to the bathroom with a large jetted tub/shower combo and two sinks. Step back into the hall and discover the Master bedroom. This Master bedroom features a King size bed, TV and fireplace.
Horsetooth Peak 26C will keep you warm and cozy by the fireplace in the winter and cool and comfortable in the summer with Central Air Conditioning.
This lovely condo accommodates up to 4 people. We recommend it for a couple or two adults and two small children. It will be your perfect mountain home away from home!
This condo does not have a private hot tub. Other hot tubs on the shared front deck are private to the neighboring condos, and not for your use.
The shared HOA community pool and amenities are available for your use. The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums.
SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 4-5 dishwashing pods (if applicable), liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
What to be aware of:
This condo does not have an oven, only a stovetop.
This condo has a mini fridge, not a full sized fridge.
Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rentals to have grills.
Please do not mail or ship anything to this home.
This condo does NOT have a washer and dryer.
This condo does NOT have a private hot tub.
There is one flight of steps up to this home.
No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets.
No outside fires.
Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight.
Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
Quiet time at 9pm.
Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, additional supplies and toiletries can be purchased in town.
Snow Plowing / shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.

This was the perfect location, the perfect and most beautiful view, and the perfect size for my husband and I. We had every we needed. Checking in and out was super easy. The bed was comfortable. The linens were heavenly and I appreciate that so much. Pillows were excellent as well. I’m picky about that stuff because I want to sleep well when I am away so I can have the energy to enjoy my trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Estes Park. Thank you so much.

It was a great location to RMNP. Very quiet and relaxing, perfect if you are planning a visit to the park.

We mostly just used the property to sleep so worked well for our needs. If planning on spending extended time at the property we would have needed something bigger for our family of 4. The entrance passcode didn’t reach us for some reason but we called the host and they responded and provided it immediately.One minor complaint is the fireplace is on a timer and that timer is kind of noisy. Overall the property was clean and had all the necessities! We would stay again for the same type of trip.

Exceptional stay! Condo was very clean, well-stocked with items needed for our stay, and quiet. The location was perfect for our visit to RMNP and other activities in the area. Would definitely stay here again!
