Our place is a spacious, bright and very comfortable 2 bedroom / 1 bath apartment in the heart of Springdale!
We are travelers too and very much appreciate clean, comfortable and thoughtfully stocked places! So we definitely do everything we can to ensure that our guests feel at home here.
Our rental features two bedrooms each appointed with a queen size bed, always nice and clean linens and 4 pillows each bed, night stands and reading lamp. There is also a quaint open closet space in each room to hang your clothes and stash your bag. The sizable bathroom has a shower/bath combo and a toilet. The double sinks and mirrors are separate from it so that no one gets stuck waiting to brush their teeth before you leave for your adventure! There are nice bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, a hairdryer, BAMBOO toilet paper, bandaids, shampoo, conditioner and body wash all provided. We do what we can to make you feel at home and covered!
Our full kitchen keeps it simple, but we've made sure it is stocked with everything you need. There is a full sized stainless refrigerator, oven and micro hood, dishwasher, dishes for 6, plenty of glasses, simple baking wares, spatulas, wine cork, knives, scissors, blender, a drip coffee maker and a french press (for those that prefer it). We stock dish cloths, towels, soaps and garbage bags. Some spices (but we keep it very basic). There is seating for 6 at the large concrete bar. Our kitchen and living room share a generously sized open room with 8 windows for you to enjoy the views of Zion!
We also have a queen size (NO springs, memory foam) hide-a- bed couch to go along with our super comfy leather couch. Oh yes, plenty of seating here. This allows for us to accommodate another 2 guests. ***Please let us know AT TIME OF BOOKING if you will need the use of this so that we can leave extra sheets, pillows and towels. They are not always keep in the apartment. There is a small extra charge for over 4 guests to cover the extra impact. Please feel free to contact Zabrina if you have questions or concerns though! We are here to help.
There are 2 smart tv's in our apartment. One in the living room and one in the 2nd bedroom. We have Directv and a DVD player or guests are welcome to log in to their Netflix, Hulu, Amazon etc. accounts on the smart tvs.
The easy to control thermostat for the heating and air conditioning is located in the hallway.
We are next door to Zion Cycles, so you can literally walk outside and book your E-bike rental and canyoneering trip!
Across the parking lot from us is Zion Pizza & Noodle Co. A local fav since 1991!
Located in the heart of Springdale, you will be able to park your car and not touch it again. Easily walk around to local restaurants, shops and the town shuttle stop #5. Truly a fantastic location!

We loved this apartment! It was perfectly located in Springdale. Easy access to the bus routes, NP, eating, shops, and had beautiful surrounding views. The bathroom set up is fantastic! Especially when you have multiple people. Our family of five, all adults, found the place to be very spacious. It had everything we needed, We had no concerns with the bike shop next-door. All the beds are nice. Highly recommend the pizza restaurant next-door and the Deep Creek coffee Company. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. Check-in was easy and the host very accommodating. Enjoy your stay!

We loved our stay here. It was exactly as described and was a perfect location for our Zion visit. It was one of the cleanest VRBOs we’ve stayed at. Communication was excellent.

Probably one of my favorite all time VRBO’s. Great location, clean, comfortable beds, well designed bathroom/shower space. I will definitely stay hear again if we return to Springdale.

We really enjoyed staying here. It is in the center of town so close to everything. There is a bike shop connected to the property and there are riders there early in the morning to get their rentals. We did not mind at all, but if you are looking for a private, quiet place this is not it. If you like being right in the middle of town where the action is (it is a small town so it’s not too busy) this is your place. We loved our stay. It was clean and so convenient. I would stay here again.
