This Indian Shores vacation rental is conveniently located within walking distance of local restaurants and attractions and sits directly on the Suncoast Beach Trolley line. From here, you can easily explore Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, and other Gulf Coast destinations before returning to your relaxing beachfront retreat.
Please be advised that Holiday Villas III Condominium is undergoing an exterior restoration project, including concrete repairs, painting, and balcony work. Construction is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The pool remains open all day; however, there may be brief temporary closures during construction hours depending on the work being completed. Parking adjustments may also be necessary during the project.
Please note that the balcony restoration for this unit has already been completed.

The website indicated the pool would hopefully be open by March 5th. I found out it wasn’t going to be open while we were there a week before we arrived on the 6th. but we could use the chairs by the pool on the beach. When we arrived the manager told us we could not use the chairs so we had to go purchase two chairs and pay another hundred dollars! Then after a couple of days they were telling people they could use the chairs! There were NO amenities! Not even a grill to use!The weather was very windy during the two weeks we were there and chili so we left a day early.Last year we stayed for a month at a condo just for units down for half the price of what we paid for two weeks at this one! Will never be back to this one!
