The condo has a smart lock. You will be issued a unique code to unlock the front door.

Beautiful historic 100 year old neighborhood, surrounded by giant trees, ocean views and stately houses.
The Ocean View is one of my nicest condos, but I discount it because, the owner condo below:
- smokes, & occasionally guests complain about smoke coming from her balcony if the windows are open, &
- she is quick to complain about noise
The bus stop is in front of building on Yakima Ave.
Within two minutes by car (or a 15 walk) you are at the best Tacoma has to offer: restaurants, coffee shops, stores, grocery store, the Ruston Way waterfront walking path, the Tacoma Little Theater, downtown, the convention center, hospital, and the Movie Theaters.
Slightly further and you are the Museums of Glass, the Tacoma Art Museum, the Washington State History Museum, the universities (UPS & UW), the Rialto and Pantages Theaters, and Point Defiance Park, Zoo and Aquarium.
Seattle is 40 minuets north on 1-5. Portland is 2.5 hours south. Mt Rainier National Park is 2 hours away. Olympia National Park is 2.5 hour drive.

We enjoyed our stay! This condo was centrally located with a nice view. Host was responsive and friendly. Would book again!

The condo is clean and comfortable, great view of bay.Have stayed here before, a good place to stay.Owner keeps it up and someone is available to contact if there are any problems.

Condo was in a great location…close to Ruston Way and other Tacoma attractions. Ron was quick to respond to all our questions and we enjoyed our stay
