• Queen Memory Foam Beds for restful nights
• Cozy Living Room with Gas Fireplace
• Fully Equipped Kitchen with Breakfast Bar
• In-Unit Washer & Dryer
• Deck with Seating + Screened Gazebo
• Shared Yard with Fire Pit

Tucked beside the tranquil Little River, this peaceful escape offers the perfect setting to slow down and enjoy the natural beauty around you. Step out to the riverbank to cool off on warm days or take in scenic views as you explore the quiet neighborhood. You're just a short drive from the region's best hiking, skiing, waterfalls, and outdoor attractions.
In the evening, unwind on the deck or gather around the fire pit for stories under the stars. Let the river’s gentle sounds lull you to sleep as cool mountain air flows through the windows, pure peace and relaxation.
Additional Information:
• Strict Quiet Hours Begin at 10 PM – This is a calm, residential area. We do not permit parties or loud gatherings. Guests who violate this policy may be removed by local authorities without refund in accordance with city ordinance.
• The Main House (located on the other side of the garage) may or may not be occupied during your stay. For more space or full privacy, inquire about booking the entire property.
• An optional private suite with a king bed is available for an additional fee, ideal for two extra guests.
• Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $75 pet fee.

As we’re awaiting our new home to be built, Wally has provided a comfortable home with every amenity we could need. The home was clean and the perfect location allowed us the opportunity to check in daily on our building site.

Everything was perfect! Home was clean and supplied with everything and very organized. Incredible location for hiking Franconia and Mt. Washington. Host responded very quickly. Will definitely stay again! Excellent in every way!
