Beach property …moments away from the beach and local shopping centres, this well-proportioned ground floor one bedroom apartment is located in a small cluster of condominium’s in the Sunset Crest area. The local area is very safe and the beach has access to many watersport activities.
CCTV external cameras fitted on site. Only one AC in the bedroom is included in the price, 2nd AC in the reception room is not included (pay as you go if required). Hi,

Great condo in the heart of Holetown. The apartment is small but very well equipped and has everything you need for your holiday. It also has a good sized covered patio that we used for breakfast.
The location of the condo is perfect, being right in the heart of Holetown and a short walk to the supermarket and the many bars and restaurants (and the beaches).
The beach club access is also very handy and we used this at some point every day if we weren’t out exploring the beautiful island.
Thanks to Nav and Claire for the use of your lovely home, and also for the great communication throughout our stay.

This quaint condo is in the absolute best location in Holetown. The airport to door service provided by Lloyd made the arrival a breeze. The condo has everything that you need and more. Nothing too fancy but perfect for two people who enjoy spending time together. The icing on the cake was the pool club access that was located, practically on the beach! Nav, we are a few years away from retirement but we know this is the place for us when we get there! Thank you for sharing your condo with us

PROSLocation - multiple easy walks to beaches and good snorkeling. Close to bus stops and beach house pool that you have access to use. Right next door to Massey for groceriesCondo – Pictures on VRBO are exactly what you get. It is a small very manageable condo for 2 people. Bedroom has tons of storage space, you can easily unpack everything you bring and still have plenty of room. Use of washer and dryer was fantastic. Pots and pans were in excellent condition, not always like this in other rentals. We really liked the condo itself.CONSLocation – A new updated tennis/paddle/pickleball opened 2 weeks ago. Directly in front of the condo are 2 pickleball courts. They start at 7AM and go until 9AM and then again at 6PM to 9PM. If someone is playing pickleball it sounds like they are on your veranda with you. Owner Communication – We wanted to cancel after a couple of nights and find somewhere else to stay due to the noise from the pickleball courts. We sent a note to the owner and they did not even take the time to respond yes or no. We stuck it out, but it certainly put a damper on our vacation. Other reviews say that this is their retirement home one day, maybe if you were there long term you would get used to the noise, but for a short term stay we cannot recommend this unit unless you are a pickleball player and know what you are getting yourself into.SUMMARY Would not stay here again or recommend to anyone that wants to enjoy the veranda.
