the condo was nice, however the bedroom carpet needed to be stretched and/or replaced. It is worn throughout including the stairs to the loft. The stove top main burner was left uncleaned from the previous renter I believe. The marks seemed permanent and unsightly. The patio cushions could use a very good cleaning.

Our stay was excellent. The few issues that occurred were resolved quickly. We appreciated the great support from Stefanie.

We enjoyed our stay. Our only concern was that during a two month stay, we had no means to keep the unit clean. We had to purchase all cleaning supplies and laundry detergent, dryer sheets etc. Since we had no extra room, we left most of it behind.

we have stayed at the cays twice in 1 year for a month at a time and love the condo we stayed in. each time was a different condo and this last one was the top floor 2 bedroom overlooking the courtyard. it was great. I would recommend this property to anyone.
