House was very clean and fully furnished with everything you might would need. Beds were extremely comfortable and we enjoyed the outdoor swings and hammock. Quiet neighborhood with great location.

The home was exceptionally clean and up to date. Cobb Real Estate did an amaizing job helping us with the home and making sure we had everything we needed. The view from the front is breathtaking.

Always pleased with renting from Cobb. Great business to dealWith. Always try to rent the house “Sea Shift” so it feels like we’re home when we get there. Never had a problem and will continue to rent.
