The Spanish Bungalow is located walking distance from Downtown, the best Mexican restaurants in the city and minutes away from the U of A, and so much more. Come relax and enjoy the thoughtful privacy this bungalow has to offer.
This space is a classic Spanish style house built in 1939 but has been completely renovated with all new everything. Surrounded by several historic neighborhoods, we are nestled between Armory Park and Santa Rita Neighborhoods of Tucson.
A fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, crisp linens (100 % organic cotton), towels and toiletries, secure WiFi network, desk space, and 4K Smart TV await you. Whether you’re here for work or play, this bungalow is the perfect spot.
There is one comfy full sized memory foam bed and plenty of drawer space available to enjoy and relax.

The location was so fabulous! We became regulars at Rosebud Bakery, loved walking to dinner at Cafe Desta, Casa Madre. There was a spot right in front every day - super easy street parking. HIGHLY recommend!

Great location. Walking distance to downtown and many local restaurants. Free on street parking is such a plus. Enjoyed the private patio day and night! Abraham is the best host!

The casita is small but well appointed. Very comfortable and convenient. A great bagain and I easily recommend it.
