The VRBO price is calculated based on 6 guests using 3 of the 7 bedrooms. If you wish to rent the entire villa—or accommodate a group of 4, 5, 6, or 7—it is best to update the guest count (even up to a week before check-in) should plans change unexpectedly; the villa remains for your exclusive use regardless.

This ancient independent 19th century villa is located on the slopes of Romena Castle and is surrounded by a large park with lime trees, oaks and holm oaks. The property is accessed by crossing a 300 m avenue with cypress trees.

The living area of ​​approximately 340 m² is spread over two levels. On the ground floor there is an entrance; a living room with lounge and fireplace; a large dining room, open to the living room with fireplace and lounge and with exit to the outside. On the ground floor there is also a kitchen with access to the outside. The kitchen is equipped with 4 burners, oven, dishwasher, small freezer and a coffee machine. Also on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed, each with a private bathroom with shower, WC and service bathroom. The stairs in the hall lead to the first floor. It is possible to swim in the lake which is approx. 1.5 km from the center of the town of Pratovecchio or in the Arno river. Excursions can be done to the Poppi zoo park, the Sanctuary of La Verna, the Camaldoli hermitage and the Casentinesi forest national park. Florence is an hour's drive away, Arezzo is 40 minutes away and Siena 90 minutes. From Arezzo you can reach Rome by rapid train in just an hour and 5 minutes, so day trips to the capital are also possible.
