Situated in the Kisla area of Kalkan, Villa Keros is a detached private villa, with 3 en-suite bedrooms ( 2 rooms with a double bed in each & 1 room with 2 single beds). All rooms have sea views and air conditioning.
It has a private infinity pool, and has free WIFI and streamed T.V. with British and International channels. A gas BBQ is also available.
The villa has beautiful views over Kalkan bay and it is only a 2 minute walk to the sea at the Kalkan Park Beach Club. A water taxi can be taken from there into Kalkan Harbour. Water sports are available at the beach club.
The renowned Mahal Beach Club is less than 5 minutes walk.
A number of other restaurants & bars and a small grocery convenience shop are all within 5 minutes walk.
The ground floor of the villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs for 6 people, an air conditioned lounge with seating for 6 people and a downstairs toilet.
Patio doors lead from there out to the south facing pool and sun terrace area. Here there are 6 sun loungers & 3 sun parasols around the private infinity pool. The views over Kalkan Bay from there are stunning. - Pool towels are provided.
A table and 6 chairs are available for outdoor dining and a gas BBQ is also available.
Being an infinity pool, it has no railings on the open sides, so may not be suitable for young children and babies.The pool is approximately 2 metres deep all round & measures 6m x 5m at its widest points.
All bedrooms are upstairs and have their own en-suite facilities & a balcony or terrace giving breathtaking views over Kalkan Bay. Hair dryers are provided in the double rooms.
On the top floor is a rooftop terrace with comfortable rattan settees for enjoying a relaxing drink while watching the sun going down and taking in the views across the bay to Kalkan. For added convenience, the landing out to the rooftop terrace has a "mini bar" type fridge for storing cool drinks. The washing machine is also located here.
Kalkan town is about a 30 minute walk and taxis, including 6 seater ones and even a water taxi, are available at reasonable prices. A garage is available for those guests with a car.
We are properly registered with the Turkish authorities for holiday rentals.

Beautiful villa , clean and well looked after , views were amazing , Kalkan is a great place to stay , a lovely small beach , and lots of friendly restaurants

Lovely property with excellent views.
The property is spacious and well furnished. Wifi coverage needs extending to cover bedrooms and upper sun terrace and the dogs barking in the neighbourhood at night was excessive.

We stayed in Villa Keros for 3 weeks.
A lovely property in a very nice and clean condition.
Outside pool and pool area super clean (pool man came every day ensuring that the pool and outdoor areas were tip top). Really lovely sun loungers, nice frames with very comfortable padding (The best we have ever experienced), all in super condition alongside quality sun umbrellas. Brilliant top deck sun area.
Internal Villa areas were in nice condition, lovely lounge with digital tv (enabled us to watch our favourite Netflix and Amazon prime in the evening), well equipped kitchen and large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Creating an overall feeling of space.
Minor personal comment, not a great fan of Kisla, we didn't use the Beach clubs although appreciate others would relish the close proximity.
We use Ozgur for the booking of taxi's and Define Tours for car hire at a cost of £280 per week with drop off and pick up from the Villa.
We ate in 11 days and ate out 11 days. Enjoying wonderful fish BBQ's beside the pool in the late afternoon's.
Some recommended restaurants - Sade (best steak in Kalkan, excellent service and wonderful Hennesy XO Brandy :-), Sea and Blue (roof top), Solonica (on the street), La Fidanka (beautiful), Ada's (small and very authentic near Kaputas), Merkez (B/fast)
Overall, a great experience staying in Villa Keros as was communication with Colin and Caroline. They proved very responsive and helpful in everyway.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Keros. The Villa was immaculate and in an amazing location with spectacular views. Colin was great throughout the booking process and advice before the trip. David and the management team were amazing and helpful in giving great advice on the best tours and restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend Villa Keros.
