Nothing. Expensive as per the location, okayish cleanliness, not so good staff behaviour, manager is good. Rooms are way tooo expensive. They would not even start the greezer. Had to call them 10times to get greezer on.

Everything almost. The pics provided and the review were all wrong. No lifts, poor ac, tab not working, unmaintained property as compared to wat was shwcased in the picture. Staff were arguementative, knowing that they did wrong and yet instead of being apologetic argued. Called on my way to Haridwar to immediately pay the amount of Rs 1000 non refundable. otherwise, it will be cancelled during to peak time. The time mentioned for checkout time was 12:30. I was asked to leave by 12pm.. Nothing was right here and appropriate here. Stop cheating people. Booking.com you too are responsible for this type of fraud experience of ours for customers who rely on the site for guidance and information . Stop cheating people

Close to hardwar rail station. AC is working propely. Gyser connection present in reception.. After requesting they switch on gyser. Good gyster.
Bathoroom pan is not clean enough, Giving no towel in room... Water from bathroom basin is not coming propely ( partially rectified it after complain). During checkout I tell to bring my luggages from 2nd floor to ground floor.. After Wait 10 mints no hotel boy is helping yet.. Disappointed it.

location is at walking distacne from Railway Ststion but chains of my all bags was opne when we re -entered after outside dinner. floor should be more cleaner
