The elevated full-length verandah is the hero—perfect for long lunches, afternoon drinks, or simply unwinding in the hammock as the sea breeze rolls through.
Inside, the layout is comfortable and family-friendly, sleeping up to five guests with everything you need for a relaxed stay. With Wi-Fi, smart TVs and easy indoor-outdoor flow, it’s a practical base whether you’re chasing surf, sun or a slower pace.

- Linen is not provided. Guests must bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels, and bathmats. Linen hire is available through Kempsey Laundry with at least 72 hours’ notice to our office.

The position of the property is great. And is so close to everything. It is a bit run down and needs a face lift. But over all if you want to be close to everything this is the place.

The property is in a great location, very easy walking distance to the creek, beach, and shops. Odd check in and out times, not standard, so be aware you will be checking out quite early (9am). It could definately use updating, and it is not the place for you if you require an airconditioner. But the location is fairly unbeatable if you don't mind the heat. Great if you are travelling with a group that is staying at the caravan park.

Unit was nice, close to beach and town. We hardly used our car (except to go buy local honey, eggs and veges out on Pt Plomer Rd) as everything is close. Bed was comfy, kitchen, bathroom and lounge tidy and clean. Caravan park is quite close, but it was before school holidays, so it was ok. Best part, walk a few steps to the water. We loved it.

Convenient location - property did not look like it was professionally clean. Sink taps had accumulated dirt around the base and carpets were not vacuumed. Bed linen was clean Miserable size TV and no wifi Location was excellent
