A Beautiful House set in the typically Andalucian 'White' Village of Lantejuela a small warm and friendly place.The house is situated just on the outskirts of the Village with beautiful views of the land.
The House can accomodate 7 guests in 3 comfortable bedrooms, well laid out private Gardens with a barbecue and private swimming Pool. Satellite TV. Free Wifi.
Perfectly centrally located for all the local beauty spots and within easy stricking distance of Osuna,Marchena,Sevilla,Granada,Cordoba Ronda,and the coast. As is the Sierras above Sevilla. With local gastronomic delights a superbly placed Holiday Home
-The House is built on 100sq metres in a Finca of 500sq metres
-3 bedrooms for a maximum of 7 persons
-Bedroom1: Double bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed
-Bedroom2: Twin bedded double room
-Bedroom3: Twin bedded double room
-1 Bathroom with bath and shower
-Grand Lounge/Diner with open fireplace and open plan Kitchen with TV plasma and Satellite
-Well laid out gardens with swimming Pool,Barbecue,Pergola and covered Terrace
- Swimming pool 3,5 x 7 meters & 1.1 to 1.5 m. deep
-Parking for 2 cars
- Free Wifi bring your laptop
Accommodation rules
* Included in the price: reasonable consumption of water, electricity, and, gas. Bed linen and bath towels.
ATTENTION: Do not leave the air conditioning on if you are not in the accommodation or with open windows and doors. An improper use of energy can cause an extra cost for you.
* The charging service for electric vehicles is not included in the price of the rural house. If you need to use this service, please consult us for the applicable rates and conditions.
* Please leave the accommodation collected on your departure; leaving the accommodation untidy can cause an extra cleaning fee.
* Contact immediately with the contact person indicated in the booking confirmation for any needs you may have during your stay. Claims will be handled only during the stay.
* Parties, visits, or more people than those booked are not allowed except with prior notice and payment.
* Arrival and departure times to be agreed with the contact person. July and August, or with the entry of other travellers the same day: arrival after 4 PM and departure before 10 AM.
* The deposit is delivered on arrival and returned on departure if there are no damages.
* Cancellation policy in the confirmation of the booking voucher.
* It is mandatory to register all guests before arrival.

Just come back from 2 weeks here and loved it. Fantastic outside space to entertain or chill out and the pool was great to cool off in the 38c weather. Local town has all the amenities you would need and access back to the motorway for Sevilla etc is very close. The only drawback is that you are in a rural community and everybody has dogs and cockerels so you be prepared for plenty of crowing and barking. The upside is that we had storks nesting very close and were able to observe the chicks.
