Artist-owned condo filled with beautiful, original artwork for a warm and unique coastal stay
Directly across the street there are several dining, retail, and entertainment options, including A Seafood Buffet, an Ice Cream Shop, In Cahoots, The Bun Lab, 810 Billiards & Bowling, salon services, and more. Panama City Beach has also welcomed several newer attractions and entertainment venues, including Dolly Parton's Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show, Topgolf, McGuire's Irish Pub, and Tootsie's Orchid Lounge within walking distance.

Our family owns 3 condos in the same resort, all close together—perfect for larger groups or family vacations!
(2 units on the 13th floor + 1 unit on the 16th floor)
Resort Amenities Include:
• Huge lagoon-style pool + hot tub
• Indoor heated pool + hot tub
• Entire resort is BEACHFRONT—no walkovers, just straight out to paradise
• Banana boat rides, jet ski tours, and watersports right in front of the resort
• Full gym
• Grills + picnic tables
• Ice + vending in parking garage
• Seasonal tiki bar
• Seasonal bar + grill
• Coffee, donut, and ice cream shop
This unit includes 1 FRONT reserved parking spot and up to 6 guest wristbands.
If you have additional vehicles, limited daily first-come, first-served overflow parking may be available on-site, or there is paid city parking nearby.
To help keep the condo fresh and comfortable for all guests, this is a strictly non-smoking unit, and the maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
Smoking, unauthorized pets, or exceeding the maximum guest count may result in a $500 fee per violation and possible removal from the property if necessary.
Weather Note: While we all hope for sunshine, weather conditions and hurricane activity can occur May–October. We are unable to offer refunds or rescheduling unless there is a mandatory evacuation ordered. For added peace of mind, we recommend travel insurance in case of unexpected weather, illness, or travel interruptions.
We love animals, but the resort only allows registered service animals, so pets are not permitted. Service animals are always welcome and must be registered with the resort office upon arrival to receive the required guest tag.
*Please note- Our resort is undergoing stucco repair/replacement in 2026 and there may be noise -our balcony is complete with no chance of closure.
The pool is approximately 18,000 sq. feet with 468 feet of gulf frontage. There is also an indoor heated pool and hot tub

Beautiful Condo in a large building complex. The Condo is exactly as described. Stephanie was a great communicator and was happy to answer any questions I had leading up to the trip. The beach and pool are spectacular! Our only disappointments had nothing to do with the unit or the host. The elevators are super busy and hard to use when the resort is full. There are also outside building renovations being done which caused quite a bit of noise throughout the day. No biggie if you aren’t staying inside the unit. Overall, we had a great time in Panama City Beach! Thank you Stephanie!

Our stay was really pleasant. Our view of the pool and beach was great and the accommodations fully met our needs to make our vacation relaxing and enjoyable.

Absolutely zero complaints. Everything was as described. Host made check-in/check-out a seamless experience. Beautiful, comfortable & safe vacation experience for everyone in our family.
