We were very happy with the condo. It was clean, very well equipped in the kitchen and beautiful ocean and pool views. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

This property is not in great condition. There is a large stain on the living room floor and the leather furniture is showing considerable signs of wear. The bathroom in the master had either dirt or mold on the shower door. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of utensils and dishes/cookwear. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony and many excellent restaurants in the area. We have stayed in Margate many times and love the property. Unfortunately this unit was not up to our expectations.
