A BRAND-NEW C307 IS COMING OCTOBER 2026!
We’re so excited to share that our longtime Maui home at beautiful Papakea Resort is currently undergoing a complete top-to-bottom renovation, scheduled to be finished by October 2026.
Guests staying after the renovation will be among the first to enjoy a completely refreshed C307, featuring a new king-size bed, beautiful new kitchen and bathroom, new flooring, furnishings, and fresh finishes throughout—all with the same gorgeous ocean view our guests have loved for years.
PLEASE NOTE: The photos currently shown are of the condo BEFORE the renovation. New professional photos will be added as soon as the remodel is complete.
YOUR MAUI HOME AWAY FROM HOME
C307 is a comfortable ocean-view studio at Papakea Resort in West Maui. Step outside onto your private lanai with your morning coffee and take in the tropical grounds and beautiful Pacific Ocean views—or relax at the end of the day and enjoy one of Maui’s unforgettable sunsets.
After the renovation, the condo will feature a fresh, bright interior designed to feel comfortable, relaxed, and distinctly Maui. You'll have a king-size bed, fully equipped new kitchen, updated bathroom, air conditioning, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything you need to settle in and enjoy your vacation.
PAPAKEA RESORT
Papakea is a beautiful oceanfront resort surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and incredible views of the Pacific.
During your stay, enjoy:
• Two oceanfront swimming pools
• Hot tubs
• BBQ areas
• Putting greens
• Tennis and pickleball courts
• Beautiful tropical grounds
• An incredible oceanfront setting
Papakea's West Maui location makes it easy to enjoy nearby beaches, snorkeling, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and all that the Kaanapali area has to offer.
A NEW CHAPTER FOR C307
While nearly everything inside the condo will be new, C307 itself has a long history of welcoming Maui visitors.
Our family has owned and loved this condo for many years. It has been our home away from home and a place we've been fortunate to share with hundreds of wonderful guests.

Property was great, communication was excellent. Only minor thing was the AC was leaking in the LR. I had to place a bowl underneath it to keep it from going all over the floor.

Beautiful location. Papakea Resort is wonderful and so relaxing. Quiet hours ensure you’ll be able to sleep. The putting green and pool/hot tub are a fun plus too. Highly reccomend.
