Welcome to Arbio I Lax Studios & Apartments. We have renovated the entire house in recent years and now want to give you a cosy and beautiful time in Leipzig with our rooms.

The 1-room apartment is quietly located on the courtyard side. It has about 20 square metres and is in the 1st Floor of our apartment building. It has a fully equipped kitchen-living room, a cosy bed with natural mattress and a cosy balcony. The bathroom has a large shower and a cute window to the bedroom.

Arbio I Lax is located in an inhabited street with small cafes, second-hand shops and Karl-Heine-Strasse is just a stone`s throw away. There are many small pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops.
