This cool condo is a great place to hangout and enjoy the ASU experience! Condo was clean and spacious!! Perfect for a midwinter getaway… walking distance to restaurants and campus… close enough to other true AZ culture!!

Batteries for garage door were corroded and had to be cleaned before it would work. Garbage was never taken out for us or those who stayed before us because it was full when we got there. Also, “bedrooms” are a bit misleading. There isn’t a single bedroom with a door. Upstairs toilet seat was not connected to the toilet so when u sat down it would slide and almost dump you off. Dining room has no lighting in it at all. Completely unusable space in the evening unless u have an extension cord and a lamp. Nice floors though!
