Featuring 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths, a large open living area and ample outdoor living space. Lush tropical landscaping provides the perfect backdrop for a relaxing week at Folly Beach. This classic beach cottage is sure to be a repeat family destination for years to come.
Casa Turquesa features upgraded furniture, bedding and amenities throughout the home. The exterior features a long, wrapping porch perfect for morning coffee or happy-hour cocktail, spacious outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and salt, and outdoor fire-pit for evening enjoyment.
Folly Beach downtown area is just a short ride away. Wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street, or find the local and tourist favorite Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy photos!
Just a short, 25-minute drive will take you into historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Parking for up to 4 vehicles is free in the driveway area. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am. Fresh linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home, for 6 guests.
Casa Turquesa has all modern amenities to make your vacation one of comfort and ease. Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, keyless entry, contactless check-in, central heat and A/C, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, and modern appliances. A starter supply of toiletries will be provided. Home is non-smoking. Up to 2 dogs allowed w/ additional fee of $125 + tax per pet. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home, regardless of sleeping or visiting. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. Property is handled through property management company and has 24-hr on-call maintenance services. Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.

The house was great! Nicely decorated, plenty of space, comfortable beds and very clean. The location was amazing. Check in and check out was easy. My only comment would be that coming from the west coast after a long travel day it would be so nice if there might be a few coffee pods, a few water bottle and a little more toilet paper to just get us through the first morning until we were able to get to Bert’s. Also seemed unusual to have to rent the beach chairs at a beach house. I have never had to do that in any other beach rental in Hawaii, California, Oregon, Virginia Islands, etc. but we ended up going to Native and renting them. I know there was an 250 credit at the other store but for 4 people Native had a better price. Otherwise I would highly recommend.Thank you.

This was a great experience for our family of 5. We had an elder family member with us and he was happy to see a side access with few steps , as well as a large bathroom for easier accessibility. It took 1 minute to walk to the closest beach access point. The outside shower was one of the best and even had hot water! Our familiy of 5-76 year olds had a wonderful trip to Folly here.

We love Folly and the area homes by the beach. We were engaged here, married here and now spending our anniversary here. This stay at Casa Turquesa was as perfect as we expected.
