Luxurious apartment located on the beachfront. It can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a private parking and an impressive terrace that is divided into two zones, suitable for all seasons, where you can relax and enjoy whenever you want.

The space:
Luxurious apartment located on the avenue of Mare Nostrum, on the beachfront of La Patacona beach, an area with all the leisure and entertainment services for adults and children. Ideal for families who want to enjoy the tranquillity of the beach, the warmth of the sun, the walks along the coast and the experiences that the city of Valencia offers. 10 minutes away from the historic centre by car.
The apartment of 100 m2 has the following areas:
- Elegant main bedroom with double bed of 150x190 cm and ample closets.
- Simple bedroom with double trundle bed of 90x190 cm each one and access to own patio.
- Comfortable and stylish bathroom equipped with a shower with screen, a toilet, a mirror and a sink on the first floor.
- Practical bathroom equipped with a shower with screen, toilet, mirror and sink on the second floor.
- Large living room with an Italian style pull-out sofa bed that sleeps two people 140x190 cm, dining table and HD TV.
- Impressive terrace divided into two zones, the one covered and the other uncovered, with beautiful views of the beach of La Patacona, where you can relax and enjoy the good weather.
- Practice fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender…
The apartment comes with bed linen, towels and welcome amenities.

The neighbourhood
La Patacona beach is located in the municipality of Alboraya and it is a must-see during your stay in Valencia. It is one of the most popular beaches in the province and the natural continuation of the beach of Malvarrosa. The continuing beach is Port Saplaya, which is a lovely area throughout the year and, because of the shapes and colours of its architecture, as well as the small inner canals, it is commonly known as The Little Venice. In its surroundings you will find a long promenade, a shopping centre, numerous restaurants with terrace and cafeterias.
Only 10 minutes by car from Valencia capital, this neighbourhood is an ideal starting point to visit the most well-known beaches of the city and some nearby towns like El Puig, whose 13th century monastery will make you come back to the ancient times, or the historic city of Sagunto, distinguished by its Roman castle and its Jewish quarter.
Getting around:
-A bike path that runs through the city of Valencia surrounds the whole municipality.
-The nearest taxi stop is only 800 meters away.
- The bus line 31 (stop La Patacona) drives to Facultats, in Blasco Ibáñez, where you can access the metro line 5 towards the centre of Valencia (Xàtiva station).
- It has a municipal bus, from the company Egusa, with connection to La Patacona beach and Alboraya town.

The views from the 2nd floor terrace were amazing. We weren't sure from the photos if we were going to be right on the beach or across the street, but it is right on the beach. The terrace is divided into 3 areas - the outdoor part next to the beach, an indoor part that was perfect for us to sit and view the beach when it was a little cool and rainy, and an open part where we were able to set up the clothes rack to dry our clothes after we laundered them. There was plenty of room for us to gather and the bedrooms were comfortable and had tons of storage! Antonio was EXTREMELY helpful! He met us at the apartment to give us the keys, show us where to park and how to get into the garage and how to get into the apartment. He showed us all around the apartment and then sat down with us with a map of Valencia and showed us sites, how to use public transportation, where to park our car if we chose to take it into Valencia city center, restaurant recommendations, and even gave us some history of the area. Our whole group wanted to take him with us for the remainder of our stay in Spain!!! We highly recommend this apartment!

Apartment was perfect for us, our grown children, and two grandkids. We could walk most places, taxis were easy to get, beaches were amazing! The apartment management was very responsive when we had questions and arranged our transportation from the airport to our apartment flawlessly. We will miss seeing our beach view every morning!

Nos ha encantado el apartamento y lo hemos disfrutado mucho. Muy buena ubicación con vistas a la playa. Las dos terrazas, una de ellas acristalada muy buen acierto.
La persiana de la ventana del salón estaba rota y no se podía bajar del todo.
En la cocina faltaba alguna sartén.
Nos encontramos 5 cucarachas.
