Remodeled 2BR/2BA home located in West Sedona right off 89A. Everything is new from the bathrooms, flooring, and appliances to the HVAC and windows. Views of Coffee Pot rock from the back yard. Great location! Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Enjoy the BBQ grill, your morning coffee, doing yoga or gazing at the stars with a glass of wine on the large back deck. Do you mountain bike? Secure your bikes in the backyard and depart for the trails straight from the house. TPT #21139758

This spot was perfect for our 2-night stay—super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was ideal—close to everything without feeling busy or crowded. Sonya was awesome and really accommodating with our arrival, which made things super easy. Honestly, no complaints at all—would 100% stay here again.

The house worker perfect for the 4 of us. Walking distance to several delicious restaurants, and cute little shops. The house was clean, beds were comfy. I would recommend this to others.

We liked this property a lot. There were four adults (two couples) in our party. The house was very clean, the beds and furniture were comfortable and in excellent condition. The kitchen was well equipped and everything in the house worked perfectly. The house is also in a convenient location. Highly recommend.
