The Gîte du Pozoir is ideally located on the edge of a 150-hectare forest, less than 4 kilometers from the banks of the Loire, a 20-minute bike ride from the "Loire à Vélo" cycle route at the Briare Canal, and a 20-minute drive from the A77 motorway (exit 20 Briare/Châtillon-sur-Loire). It comprises:

- A dining room that can accommodate both gîtes (large table, benches and chairs, fireplace);

- A fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, range hood, electric oven, microwave, 3-burner induction hob, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster);

- A living room with a 140x190 cm sofa bed, 2 armchairs, coffee table, TV, two bedrooms each with a 140x190 cm double bed and an en-suite shower room, and two separate toilets;

It has an entrance from the inner courtyard and features an adjoining (unfenced) garden, a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, all surrounded by a stream.
