Great property. Great location and views of the baseball stadium from the rooftop. Customer service was excellent. We had a few unforeseen challenges but the property management team went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

My friend and I were very satisfied with our stay at Ballpark Heights. We appreciated the open line of communication that we had right from the start. Our kitchen had appliances that were necessary to make simple yet delicious meals and our home was very clean upon arrival.

The property is amazing but the customer service and checkin process were a nightmare. I nearly spent the first night of my reservation sleeping in my car due to a “verification process” and not being given access to the building or my room. I have never encountered in any other rental situation. Once I was given access, everything was great.
