House completely restored since 2015.
Located in a very quiet area, in the heart of the village.
Garden without opposite with nice view.
Fully decorated and inhabited by the owners on weekends off holidays.
Comfort .
Very comfortable stay with sofas, television and opened on fully equipped kitchen:
__ Dishwasher .
__ Cooker "piano" with oven.
__ Microwave .
__ Fridge freezer.
__ Normal coffee + Nespresso.
__ Toaster etc .....
2 shower rooms, one on the ground floor with W. C, the other on the first floor with W. C separated.
__ Washing machine + dryer.
3 rooms very nice and very bright.
Possibility to accommodate up to 8 people
__ Two on the 1 ° floor with a large bed of 140 cm each.
__ One on the 2nd floor with a double bed of 140 cm and 2 extra beds of one person.
Garden furniture.
Bowling alley.
Easy parking.
Electric heating.
In the service, sheets are provided.
At 3 kms a supermarket and a discount, plus various shops and banks.
Monpazier 20 kms, Sarlat to 45 kms, Les Eyzies to 45 kms, Lascaux IV to 60 kms. Canoe trips to 20 kms.
Golf at 8 kms. More all the castles of the valley of the Dordogne and the vineyards of Bergerac all close.

This was a wonderful home from home
. We found lots to do in the local area. We rrally enjoyed the cosy and pretty house. There was everything we needed and we had a lovely stay.

We Would like to thank Philippe for an amazing stay at the house, it was literally a home from home with everything you could need.
The location was wonderful, so peaceful and lovely surroundings.
The whole process from booking to arriving was great, we got lost just a few hundred yards from the house on our arrival and Philippe cane to meet us, which was lovely.
The house is perfect in everyway and there is nothing we could fault!
Thanks Philippe for a wonderful time and your hospitality and we would love to return to the house !!
