A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
This property is great you can just park up your car, and walk the short distance to the central city shopping area, supermarket, library, museum, art gallery
The Waimaire Riverboat and the I-site centre are both just down the road and of course there is the Saturday morning markets, which have an assortment of local produce and craft.
If you are into a bit of fitness just cross the road and enjoy the walk along the riverbank and do the bridge to bridge circuit.
You are also so central with only a approximate 2 hour drive away from The Tongariro National Park or follow the coastal highway to New Plymouth
Special conditions:
Not a problem having children staying as long as well supervised, even though the property is fenced, it is not childproof at the front.
Two of the bedrooms and second bathroom located upstairs. Opening window in the room with the single beds, has a security screen with lock, please make sure this is in place, when children are using this room.
There is garaging available for one car if needed, otherwise there is parking outside and also along from property if more than a couple of cars.
Extras: Linen (included); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave;

The house was fully equipped, appreciated the body wash, hand wash in the bathrooms. All the little extras were available such as glad wrap, foil, oil, clothes powder without having to buy a large amount for a one off use.

Very clean and warm. An older house but has all the basics. Great location. Very close to town and right next to river, so nice for a walk. The only thing that is not on the listing is that the house is a duplex, and unfortunately the neighbours were extremely noisy and were screaming at each other for hours. I messaged the host about it and she rang me straight away and was very apologetic and professional. It is a relatively new problem and the rental agency is trying to get the tenants removed. If the tenants are removed then i recommend this property and the host. But its a lot of money to pay for a night and having to put up with what we had to, so i would check first.
