Beside the kitchen, a dedicated laundry room includes a third toilet for convenience.



The primary suite is a private sanctuary, featuring a king bed, balcony access, and a luxurious ensuite with an oval bathtub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities. Three additional bedrooms each offer king beds, while another bedroom includes a queen bed, baby crib, and direct garden access, making it ideal for families.



The ground floor features the main bathroom, complete with a bathtub, walk-in shower, and a separate toilet, providing convenience and privacy for guests. Step outside to beautifully manicured lawns and landscaped gardens, with a secure, fenced yard perfect for children.
