The large shared heated pool with sunning area and chaise lounges is perfect way to relax and wind down a day at the beach. The property is on a canal and offers a boat dock as well.

A short drive to mid-island takes you to the Publix supermarket, but a trolley is also offered for convenient access to Times Square with the stop located just a few steps out from the condo to Estero Boulevard.

In addition, Estero Island and the surrounding areas—including Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and Naples—offer an abundance of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
