Great place to stay. Very close to pristine beaches in Fort de Soto park. Grocery and restaurants are not clise by, but we went to St Petersburg

We have stayed at this property before and have always been happy with the unit and extras, pool and tennis courts. The unit is well maintained along with the property and pool.

We had the best time here. Tierra Verde is an absolute hidden gem! The rental matches the pictures perfectly! Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. However lacking glassware, no wine glasses :(Just be aware this is a very quiet community, do not book if you’re looking for a party. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing vacation I could not recommend this any more.

The view from our unit was nice; beautiful sunrises. It was our first time in Tierra Verde which was quiet. The description wasn’t clear about the laundry as it was in the clubhouse and expensive. The kayaks are only for owners use. There was no place to lock up our bikes outside so had to carry them up two flights of stairs when we wanted to ride. The tv in the living area was not a smart tv, so no streaming available. We ended up purchasing our own Roku. The mattresses need replaced as do the sheets. Next Home did help communicate well though.
