Welcome to EP9T, a charming rooftop studio in a 1930s Athenian building full of character.
Fully equipped with all essentials, the apartment also features 24/7 hot water and guest-controlled heating — a rare convenience in Athens.
Guests can enjoy the greenery and neighbourhood views from the shared rooftop, while the small washing machine is shared with two other apartments.
The studio is accessed via an external metal staircase (two flights of stairs).
Located in Psirri, one of central Athens’ most lively and historic neighbourhoods, the apartment offers a unique blend of tradition and modern flair. Once home to leather workshops, candle makers, and other artisans, Psirri now features traditional crafts alongside a vibrant mix of tavernas, bars, and contemporary eateries.
