JD’s Zebras is a spacious downstairs guesthouse, converted from the school cafeteria, with a new King wrapped in hotel linens, a Chesterfield sofa for lounging, a quaint dining table plus a nice kitchen equipped with a Keurig, microwave, fridge, W/D and a work desk with printer. 800 square feet for two includes full kitchen, dining, living, bedroom and bath. Lots of shared outdoor space. Few blocks from everything. If traveling with a group, see “Hair of the Dogs” - our 1400 sf unit that sleeps 4 and “The Pixies” - a 400 square foot suite for two. However, if max occupancy per rental unit is exceeded, without gaining prior approval, cancellation can occur with no refund.

You can book the entire manicured acre of grounds for small weddings, custom celebrations, special retreats and intimate gatherings. The whole property boasts more than 10,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor park-like space. In whole, Webb of Life contains 3,600 interior spacious square feet of rare and unique historic rentals, that when combined together, offers 4 full baths, sleeps 10 comfortably, and seats 30 lunch/dinner guests with dedicated onsite parking.
