Welcome to "Chasing Seagulls" our newest home in Seagrove. Seagulls has just gone thru a $350000 extensive remodel inside and out. Be the first to stay in this luxury home! Located oh so close to the beach on the south side of 30A, no streets to cross to go to the beach.
House layout wise, the first level has 2 bedrooms. One has a king bed, the other is a very large one, with 2 king beds, and a queen over queen bunk. Also on the first level is a living room, dining area, and additional kitchen that all lead directly out to the pool. One the second level you have the main living room, dining, and main kitchen. There is also a bedroom with king bed on this level, as well as the laundry area.
On the third level 3 more bedrooms, all with king beds, private baths, and balconies. One of these also has an additional twin over twin bunk in it for young guests.
NO WORRIES ON BEACH ACCESS! WALK THRU THE BACK YARD DIRECTLY TO THE SANTA CLARA ST BEACH!!!!
We also have a excellent private pool to relax in after a day on the beach. Discover the best Old Seagrove has to offer, so many shops, restuarants within walking distance. Take a bike ride to Seaside.

Pros: - Spacious (but note there’s only one small bathroom on the floor level) - Close to the beach Cons:- Cleanliness: floors were not very clean - Safety: pool alarm doors did not work & several interior doors did not have locks- no extra toiletries provided: we arrived with 1/4 roll of toilet paper left in the bathroom. With our Walmart order having not been delivered yet, we were left using Kleenex for the first day. No hand soap in the bathrooms. - pair of boxers right outside our window on the ground upon arrival; and a swimsuit bottom left in a dresser drawer from previous guests- chairs around the pool was broken - pool was not cleaned upon arrival- light bulbs missing & bed lamps not working - outside grill was disgusting and nothing to clean it - no batteries in tv remotes - no bikes or golf cart

Great location to the public beach...alots of people of the beach but did not seem too crowded

Perfect location! Steps to the beach. One mile to Seaside restaurants and shops an easy bike ride. Private pool was a game changer. Spacious rooms. Loved sitting on the balcony and relaxing to the sound of the ocean.

What a wonderful week at the beach! The host was fantastic. Highly recommend. You can't beat the location. The property was fantastics for our group. We will be back!
