Nestled on the east side of town just minutes from world-class wineries, including Gundlach Bundschu (the oldest family-owned winery in California) at the end of our tranquil street.

As you enter the gated grounds at Thornsberry Hollow you are greeted by lush landscaping, gnarled oaks and the soothing sound of the seasonal stream creating a peaceful atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. This property offers a true escape into nature with terraced gardens and walking paths that wind down under the treed canopy to the Outpost lounge deck and creek below.
The new renovations throughout showcase a seamless blend of modern sophistication and rustic charm ensuring a harmonious connection with the natural surroundings. A brand new, fully-stocked chef’s kitchen and dining tables for eight inside and out make for excellent entertaining in wine country. Three chic, spa-inspired bathrooms means guests have the space they need. With living and dining spaces on the main floor and three private bedrooms with closets on the second floor, this functional layout is ideal for families, friends and couples.
Take a dip in the hot tub, challenge your friends to a game of cornhole, share stories by the fire pit, relax with yoga on The Outpost deck, walk to the winery at the end of our stunning street or prepare a feast with a recipe found in one of our cookbooks. There’s plenty of ways to enjoy your vacation at Thornsberry Hollow!

Other things to note:
Our home is set up as three bedrooms: one with a king, one with a queen and one with two twin beds. We can happily link the twin beds together to form a king upon request prior to arrival. While there is water in our creek for most of the year, it may be dry during the driest months depending on rainfall. We have exterior cameras in our doorbell and on our back deck overlooking the BBQ, hot tub and the Outpost for security reasons.

This is a charming, clean, well-appointed home with excellent gathering spaces inside and outside, including the outdoor living room, hot tub, dining area, and fire pit. All surrounded by fruit trees and lovely landscaping. We were visiting on a girls getaway to Sonoma and recommend this property highly! It is also close to town…about a five minutes drive…and we walked to a wine tasting at Gundlach Bundschu, right down the street.

This is a beautiful place in a great location where you are far enough away from downtown but close enough for a few minute drive. Easy access to Napa wineries as well as those in the Sonoma region. The host was easy to contact and very attentive. One guest loved the hot tub!

Your home was perfect for our group of 6 adults visiting Sonoma for a wedding. Plenty of room to spread out, both inside and out. The weather was on the colder side, so the hot tub was perfect. The location was ideal and in an amazing neighborhood - I only wish we had time to walk around the neighborhood. We also enjoyed visiting the wineries that were only minutes away. Communication with Merete was excellent! Thank you, and we would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for my family of 4. The hosts were so kind! They had a pack n play and high chair set up and ready for our toddler! The house was so clean, quiet, private, and quaint. We really enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony, swimming in the hot tub amongst the trees, and playing the games provided. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, tea, spices, and all the dishes/appliances. It was conveniently located to everything and easy to get to. We used many recommendations off the welcome guide and the hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again and again. We all felt relaxed, cozy, and will rested in the comfortable beds. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!
