Ad una estremità di Villa de Teguise, a soli cinque minuti a piedi dal suo centro storico, si trova Estudio Chimida, un vero fascino con il suo ampio soggiorno e una decorazione raffinata che esalta la semplicità dell'architettura locale. Lo studio ha una cucina completamente attrezzata, bagno con doccia, comodo e ampio letto matrimoniale e soggiorno.
Dalla vostra terrazza potrete godervi i giardini che circondano la casa e un'ampia vista panoramica sulla zona centrale dell'isola vi immergerà nella quiete della campagna.
Soprattutto, la luminosità dell'interno converte l'esterno in una mera continuità di esso.

This was our second stay and we enjoyed it very much. The location suites us well being just on the outskirts of Teguise. Teguise is a lovely characterful small town. Not too touristy (unlike the coastal resorts) except of course on Sunday, market day, when it really comes to life for the morning. The property is generally clean, though we did feel this time, that the place was due for a good deep clean and freshening up. It's also time the driveway was repaired! It's well equipped, though the addition of a washing machine would be useful. Our attitude is that, you would spend a fortune for a room this size in a hotel, the only difference is that we have to get our own breakfast. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the property. It was clean and specious. Very well equipped and just a 7 minute walk into the center of town. A few other properties around but generally very quiet and peaceful. We would often sit outside on the terrace and remark that there was almost no sound of any human activity. Would definitely stay there again.

The property is very typical of those found locally in Teguise. It is a pleasant short walk to the town centre with the Sunday market VERY busy! The apartment is very well equipped throughout, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. It is pleasantly furnished with lovely looking heavy wood furniture and plenty of cushions and throws. The little patio is ideal for watching the sunset each night. Be aware that television is Spanish programs only with the exception of Sky news which runs all day. So turn it off and take a hike up the “mountain” behind the town!

A peaceful place with great view supporting relaxation.
The studio is fit out harmoniously, everything needed is there and in a clean state.
The host is very friendly and well caring for her guests.
We felt very welcome and are looking forward to come back soon
