The first level consists of a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a half bathroom with a toilet and sink, large lounge area/living room, dining area with table for six and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. The terrace which is completely private offers a dining area with a Jacuzzi and splendid views.





On the second level there is a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom, one double bedroom, a second bathroom, TV room with pull-out sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests. Amenities include: SAT TV and AC in every room, a fully equipped kitchen, Hi-Fi, DVD player, Wireless Internet, Ethernet connection, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Jacuzzi and a safety deposit box.





Located conveniently at the Ploce entrance of the Old Town only a minute walk from cafes, ATM, bakeries and restaurants. The apartment is ideal for those who seek to be in the vicinity of the city center. Banje Beach is just below the property and several other beaches are within 15 minutes walking distance. There is a short external stairway (20 steps) leading to the apartment. Pets are not allowed.

Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area.

In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
