SAVE MONEY! The bunk room has it's own bathroom and gives you the advantage of a second bedroom without the price. The DOUBLE/TWIN bunk bed sleeps three. The condo is furnished with modern style furniture, which gives it a very unique and upscale look. The kitchen is well-equipped and has beautiful granite counter tops. Six can dine at the glass top dining table and bar. The family room has a queen sofa sleeper, two chairs and 65" Smart TV with DVD. Master bedroom has a King size bed. There are two full sized bathrooms with tub/shower. The unit has travertine stone tile floor, crown molding, 9 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, bar area on the balcony.

The primary renter is required to be at least 25 years old. The room was great! The only issue we have was with the elevators!! All of them. They didn’t work have the time and so many people would pile on because they was tired of waiting. We were on the 23rd floor so you can only imagine the amount of people waiting.

The condo was very clean & the views are amazing! I've seen comments abt the elevators being an issue but they were fast & fine the 5 days we were there! We will definitely keep this in mind when we are planning our next trip!

The condo was clean and surprisingly quiet we never heard neighbors. Tidewater was very clean, they had employees everywhere cleaning. Our main complaint was the elevator situation. If you needed to take your vehicle to go shop or eat you need to plan at least an hour wait. During peak hours you would wait at least 30 - 45 mins for an elevator and the parking garage only had 1 elevator working so that would take another 30 mins to an hour. The condo owner is very nice and responsive and we enjoyed the condo. Unfortunately the only way we would return to Tidewater would be in the off season.
