KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

Casa Del Sol offers 3 large bedrooms all have Smart TV's.
- Pac and Play and highchair on site.
- Queen sized sofa sleeper .
BATHROOMS: (2)
Bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, handwashing soap) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.
INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.
GUEST ACCESS:
- This fully fenced property is yours for your private enjoyment.
- The personalized self-check-in instructions will be sent three days before arrival.
CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter Dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.
LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.
TV's: All four (4) of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.
MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.
- Weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning.
POOL: Pool is heated for a $15 per day service fee. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.
GARBAGE: The city of Dania Beach removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Sunday night and Wednesday night prior to collection. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it.
PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.
PARKING: The driveway is located in front of the property and accommodates two (2) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn.
PETS: Pets are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.
Minimum 5 nights and please inquire directly for discounts on long term stays.

The home was nice and clean. Ample Linens were provided. Quiet neighborhood. The pool was clean and nice for my kids. The backyard had plenty of stuff for a backyard party. Some big leaves on the ground, but there are trees in the backyard, so not a big deal for me. The only drawback was that there were only 3 dishwasher tabs supplied and we stayed for 6 days, though there was ample dish soap. There are all the dishes and gadgets you'd need for cooking your own meals. When we arrived someone met us at the house to verify my identity and to let us in because the lockbox code didn't work initially. The person was nice and lived across the street so again, not a big deal. He also made himself available if I had any questions or concerns. All in all, I would give the overall experience a 9.6/10

Overall, we had a good stay .The home was spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, and centrally located which made getting around very convenient. The pool was definitely a nice added bonus, especially during the nighttime.A few maintenance items could use some attention: the outside shower was not working, the dryer was not drying properly, and one of the bathroom shower doors would not slide correctly.Other than those minor issues, we enjoyed the stay overall and appreciated the comfort and space the home provided. We would stay at this location again.

The place needed a good cleaning. My wife and I had to scrub floors and windows to be in our style of living. Cockroaches were in the kitchen area. They did send a man to spray for bugs which should have been done B-4 we got there. Overall place was nice. Pool was great and very warm for nice swimming. Most of back yard lighting did not work. I had to vacuum furnace return grill as it was packed with lint dust and hair. Not much air movement until I did that work. Then the air conditioner could shut off once and a while. Sliding door to exterior did not roll smooth or at all. I cleaned and got moving. Our stay was nice but with proper maintenance could have been Great. Dan.
