Family-friendly waterfront townhome at the Yachtsman Condominium (Hyannis, Cape Cod). Our family has enjoyed this special spot for 50+ years. Spacious layout with multiple decks, including a private rooftop balcony with panoramic bay views.

We enjoyed the thoroughness of the host and the great location in Hyannis. The host was helpful from start to finish. The accommodations were excellent, from the cleanliness to the amenities.The town was very walkable from the lodging. Beach out the back door ! We loved it!!

We had a great stay in Hyannis. The property is just as described and the owner was very friendly and responsive. We would stay here again.

The location and size of the property were fantastic. There were areas of the house that need updating such as blinds and the bathrooms.
The fact the outdoor pool was closed until end June would have been useful information to get while managing an excited 6 year old who loves to swim in the pool!
