The property had a good vibe. It was right in town, just steps from neighboring businesses. Although we did enjoy being able to walk to everything, it wasn’t our first choice for accommodations, as we prefer a quieter location. We had booked a whole home (not a duplex like this one) outside of town, but it got cancelled by the owner. One big downside for us was that the tap water in the community really smelled and had an awful taste. Also, there didn’t seem to be any recycling available.

First, I’ll say this little rental is precious, clean and comfortable. I do emphasize little because it is tiny. The bathroom is extremely small and you really have to shower with the doors open or you will not have room to dry off. The backyard only has one seating option and is smaller than the picture shows. There is no ice maker so make plans to bring a cup of ice from whatever restaurant you eat at. As for the positives, it is nicely decorated and furnished, not a wasted spot in the place. The bed is very comfortable and the linens are nice. Some curtains would be nice if you want to sleep past daylight. The location is perfect, there is literally a taco stand in your front yard and a coffee shop and ice cream shop in your backyard. Everything you need is very close. It is a bummer that you can’t have a golf cart because that is one of the fun attractions when you visit BSL. Overall it is a cute little rental that you will enjoy if you are aware of these little things ahead of time.
