We highly recommend this property! We stayed here about 10 years ago and it was always our favorite. It is walking distance to the beach. They have plenty of chairs, umbrellas and wagons for guests to use. The grandkids enjoyed evening bike rides as there are 4 bikes provided as well. The hosts were so kind, and their attention to detail was top notch, Responding quickly to questions about our upcoming stay and also while we were there. The house is nicely stocked making your stay more comfortable. We look forward to our next Destin trip and staying with them!

I initially gave a four star rating on cleanliness but it was only temporary. I contacted the host and they responded quickly and had the service onsite ASAP and elevated the rating to a 5 on all facets. Owner was great to communicate with and ready to resolve any and all issues. Will definitely visit this property again. Beds were comfortable as was all the furniture. Kitchens are up-to-date and very modern. Beautiful decor and very tasteful. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of accessories for beach, pool and rainy days. Bedrooms are spacious. Bathrooms modern and everything works as it should.

Beautiful home that is perfect for large families or multiple families. There are two seperate houses with full kitchens that allows that needed situation at the end of the day. We would 10/10 stay here again. The house was stocked with plenty of towels for the pool and bathrooms. Also it is an easy walk down to the beach.
