Nestled on 16 acres of quality land that is outlined by the beautiful fresh waters of the Delatite River.
Boasting its own 220 meters of private river frontage and swimming hole for those warmer months or romantic evenings under the native Australian trees.
Pack a picnic for the whole family and enjoy the unique surrounds, listening to the flow of the fresh water splashing upon the rocks.
With a continued driveway that winds around upon approaching the home, Aroona Flats is safe and secure, offering views of the whole property throughout all windows within the home.

Our stay at Aroona Flats was amazing! The house was impeccable and luxurious. Thank you for the thought you've put into fitting out the house with comfort and relaxation in mind. The property grounds were so beautiful. We spent heaps of time on the deck, using the BBQ, waving at the cute cows, swimming in the river, and star gazing.

It is a lovely property. But we were very disappointed with the cleanliness. There were no tea towels, dish cloths or sponge provided. Dish washer was full of dishes when we arrived. A couple of dust covered cobwebs in some of the rooms. Dead bugs amongst the crokery. Deck covered in bird poo. It is a shame that the property was let down by the cleaner.
