Great how Great-Grandma could have a view of the ocean from the porch rocking chair while we could enjoy the ocean. The A/C stopped working, but they sent someone out later the same day to help.

Just a few short steps to the beach which was great. Had my older in laws with me so the short walk was great.

The location was great! Very close to the beach.
The house needed a lot of work. It was not clean, there were several roaches, faulty door knobs and bathroom faucets. The outside deck lights would not come on. The kitchen floor was spongy and felt as it would fall through. wouldn't come
