Massive Wrap-Around Porch: This glass and screen-enclosed porch wraps around three sides of the house. It's a vacation world of its own, featuring white wicker furniture, foosball, Ping-Pong, a library, and a dining area—all with front-row views of the bay.
A Kitchen for the Crew: Designed for large gatherings, the kitchen boasts a massive refrigerator, a matching freezer, two coffee makers, and a central island where everyone can gather to help with meal prep.
Whimsical Themed Bedrooms: With eight distinct bedrooms across the top two floors, every guest finds a unique sanctuary—from the magic of the Harry Potter Room and the hand-painted Butterfly Room to the nostalgic Soldier's Room.
Deep-Water Dock: Extending into Linekin Bay with 10 feet of depth at low tide, the dock is perfect for sunbathing, fishing, or docking your own boat (mooring rental available upon request!). The dock is shared with one shy neighbor!
