Always a wonderful stay. From the front desk, to the wait staff, pool staff and valet…a 5 star experience. The view from the balcony is amazing. The lazy river is a must. We cannot wait to return.

All was wonderful-didn’t know about the fee to clean room - are things treated differently since I booked through Vrbo

Can not beat the location and the amenities the hotel comes with.

It’s a great property with outstanding staff. I did not realize there was not maid service or towel refresh (maybe my fault, did not see that in the description). The room needs updating…..wood furniture beat up, wicker balcony chairs worn out….needs a refresh. I have stayed in the hotel before and the VRBO price does reflect where the discount comes in. On the plus side …..great beds and linens. We slept well.
