Guests enjoy access to 7 community pools throughout Magnolia Pointe, as well as scenic walking paths around the property. The HOA provides 8 pool passes per reservation.

PET POLICY

Dogs are welcome with a maximum of 1 dog under 35 lbs and a non refundable pet fee of $200. Dogs must be crated if left unattended. Dogs must be on leash at all times when outdoors and owners must clean up after their pets per HOA rules. Guests are responsible for any pet related damage or excessive cleaning.
