The Space:
With modern and chic decor throughout the interior, come experience a truly magnificent vacation rental with all the comforts of home - and then some!
The spacious living area offers a huge flat-screen Smart TV with Sonos surround sound that you can control from your phone.
Just off the living room, you can utilize the fabulous kitchen - truly a chef's dream. The kitchen comes equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee station, an ice-maker, gas stove, a wall-mounted pot filler faucet, and everything else from champagne glasses to pizza cutters!
The Queen bedrooms are located on the 1st floor of the home and share a full bathroom, directly next to the laundry room. Head up to the 2nd floor and you will find a lavish Master Bedroom with a plush King bed, large flat screen TV, bedside lighting, full-length mirror, tons of closet space, and en suite bathroom.
On the top floor lies the stylish lounge area with a flat-screen Smart TV, a wet bar, and a mini fridge - the perfect place to enjoy at-home entertainment with friends or to catch up on some much-needed R & R. Just off the 3rd-floor lounge lies your very own private sundeck, where you can take in amazing views of the downtown Tampa skyline and the surrounding neighborhood.
Guest Access:
Guests will receive a 6-digit access code that opens the rear entrance.
The Neighborhood:
Founded in the 1880s, the Historic Ybor City district is well known for its eclectic collection of culture and countless cigar factories for which the city was named, for Don Vincent Martinez Ybor. Take a stroll down the original red brick streets and step into a piece of history. Indulge in a comedy show at The Improv, Eat at the historic Columbia Restaurant, or explore the local shops, bars, and artisans that make the Ybor community so rich.
Getting Around:
Ybor is a very walkable neighborhood however, there are also self-service bicycles and electric scooters available for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking, and pay-by-app parking.
Other Things to Note:
- Please note this property has 2 exterior security cameras located at the front of the home and the rear of the home.
- This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind in the interior of the home will result in a $500 fine.
- Trash Info: Trash days are on Tuesday and Friday. Trash cans are located by the street in the front of the home.
- PETS: We are pet-friendly! Our pet fee is $50/pet. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees. You must notify us if you are bringing an animal!
- Parking: This unit offers 1 private off-street parking spot in the rear of the home. There is also street parking in front of the home. You will need to send us your vehicle info upon booking this property for us to register your vehicle for free street parking.

Very comfortable for 4 adults that needed three beds. Everything was perfect. The floor may not have been thoroughly mopped before we arrived but we other than that, perfect!For those trying to plan a stay here be sure to bring trash bags, salt, pepper, oil, seasonings and any other condiments you may want. There was bags of ice in the freezer which was nice!A couple of the kitchen outlets did not work and we could not figure out how to reset the breaker for them but we found other outlets to use.Parking is a little difficult but we’re grateful for the spots we did have.Beds and bedding as well as toiletries were great!We would definitely stay there again!

This house is fantastic. The location is terrific. It was clean. It was modern. It had everything we needed and it was just a beautiful home. We did have issues, serious issues. One of the toilets did not work properly, but was fixed the next day. The front door would not lock all of the days we were there leaving us exposed. And staying in Tampa during the coldest weather in decades we had no hot water for the entire stay and had to take either a cold shower or no shower.
