Great location for a big family gathering! Enjoyed the beach access, sunsets, and fire pit!

The location is awesome can’t beat being that close to the beach but house was extremely warm. We were told that 80 degrees was a reasonable temp for the house to be since it was warm out. Besides the AC issues it was clean and everything else ran smoothly.
