We stayed at the Caribbean cottage for 2 weeks. It was spotlessly clean and check in was great with Alicia. The property is well located with many good restaurants nearby and in a quiet area. You do need a car to get around although there is a bus stop close by. We had a toddler and enjoyed the little beach nearby and the pool. Nassau is about a 20-25 min drive away. We also loved Goodman's Bay beach. The kitchen was well stocked incl a blender and a large fridge. Could probably use another frying pan. We were 5 adults and a toddler and had lots of room, a large dining table and comfortable couches. It was never super hot but the AC worked well although we preferred the ocean breeze. We also enjoyed sitting out on the porch and looking at the water. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed with the most spectacular view of the ocean! When we had any concerns, Alicia was quick to respond. The owner, Sandy was also a very good communicator. This truly is a Caribbean cottage, not super modern or fancy- probably more rustic- but for us was a fantastic base for our holiday in Nassau. It was good value compared to other listings.

Communication was excellent and the place was nice and clean. The host was very helpful with a few of our requests so service was amazing. The beach across the street and towards the restaurants is nice and handy. I thought that it was very good value for the price.

Alicia met at us at the house with a warm welcome. The home was clean. It was nice to have beach chairs and beach towels available for us to use and even a small lunch box size cooler to put waters in.

Beautiful location and views of the ocean! Nice spacious house for our family of 5! And to top it off, Florian, the local host, went way above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed to have a great vacation!!! Thank you!!
