accessed by ladder.
Tiny Homes 1–4 share this signature layout, making them a fun option for couples, families, and travelers
looking for something different from a traditional hotel or vacation rental.
Inside you'll find:
• Modern tiny-home design
• Loft sleeping area accessed by ladder
• Private bathroom
• Kitchen and dining essentials
• Heating & air conditioning
• Comfortable living space
Whether you're starting early for a day in Zion or winding down after exploring Bryce Canyon, Tiny Home 1
gives you a private place to relax while still keeping the benefits of a full resort nearby.
Guest Access:
Guests have private access to Tiny Home 1 and convenient self check-in.
You'll also have full access to East Zion Resort's shared amenities at the nearby main resort property.

The setting gives you a little more separation from the main resort while keeping restaurants, coffee,

Getting Around:
We recommend bringing your own vehicle. Public transportation in the area is limited, and a car provides
the easiest access to Zion, Bryce Canyon, the main East Zion Resort property, and surrounding attractions.

Tiny Home 1 is located at The Escape, approximately 0.5 mile from East Zion Resort's main hillside property.
Your stay includes full access to resort amenities at the main property, including:

Loved this place but not sure why I was charged an additional $91, on top of the $753 for 2 nights, from VRBO when I booked. Still would like to know what this was for since my other VRBO rental didn't charge this.

This tiny home wasn’t too big or too small, it was just right! Perfect home base for hiking at Zion and Bryce and the myriad trails in between. Having the full kitchen was key as there weren’t a lot of food options nearby. We made the right call staying here! (And I am just in love with tiny homes now.)

It was a great place to stay, a convenient location between Zion and Bryce.
We did not realize that this house and all the tiny houses are in a separate location from the main East Zion location. So the pool, jacuzzi, and hillside view are a mile down the road. That isn't stated in the description. Had we known, we would have picked one of the cliffside cabins.
